Mam Tor from Rushup Edge, near Castleton (240811)

Taken after late winter snow and temperatures stayed low for several days. I neeeded something in the foreground so I put the camera on a tripod and used the self-timer. This gave me about 8 seconds to cover the 100 metres or so (wearing walking boots) to the position I needed to reach! March 2004. Peak Light plate 67
